A refined, single estate Tequila from a third-generation producer, made with a partner for the distillery in Jalisco, Mexico, aged up to 3 years. It starts aromatically with tastes of buttery corn and liquid honey, barrel spice and earthy green agave; while a full and thick middle adds notes of agave fiber, hints of cinnamon, brown sugar, apricots and toasted almonds; concluding with a balanced, medium-length finish with tastes of orange zest, a hint of cinnamon and salinity.
