Located in Jalisco's Highlands, Tequila Gran Dovejo exclusively produces single-estate tequilas from agave grown by a fifth-generation farmer in Los Altos. Agave hearts are hand-harvested, roasted in clay ovens for 36 hours, shredded, and fermented. After double distillation in copper alembic stills, the tequila is aged for six to nine months in American oak barrels, carefully chosen by the Master Distiller.

A refined agave spirit from [NOM 1414]. It begins with a bouquet of cooked agave, wood, fruit, flowers, herbs, and spices. A balanced middle brings notes of vanilla, plantain, caramel, and orange zest, leading to a swift, dry finish with hints of jalapeño, oak, cinnamon, and honey. May 2024
