Tequila El Mayor Extra Añejo utilizes 100% Blue Weber agave from Jalisco estates. The agave is cooked in an autoclave and then shredded using a mill. After double distillation in copper-lined pot stills, it ages for 3.5 years in American oak and is bottled at 80 proof.

If you appreciate upfront spice and a warm finish, you will enjoy this select tequila. Each subsequent sip reveals caramelized agave and the quality of the barrels. The best part is the tequila flavor remains distinct. Expensive, but a very good acquisition.
