This tequila is additive-free and made from 100% blue Weber agave. It is cooked in stone ovens, extracted with a roller mill, fermented in stainless steel tanks without fibers, and distilled twice on a stainless steel still with a copper coil. It is bottled at 80 proof.

A Silver artisan Agave Spirit made by NOM 1414. It begins delicately with notes of agave, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices; its tropical life adds notes of coconut & mango, leading to a balanced, medium-length finish with a touch of pepper. May 2017
