7.6.22 Consumed neat in a flute glass. Opened over 6 months ago. Last added water: None. Aroma: Intense and very medicinal. Notes of almond, clementine, oxidized apple, and old lemon. Flavor: Largely consistent with the aroma. Medicinal, cherry, raspberry, and almond. Not enjoyable on its own. It possesses significant character, but in my opinion, it's not suitable for sipping. I'll need to try it in a sour cocktail.

About this bottle
This tequila is crafted from 100% estate-grown blue Weber agave and contains no additives. Following a 15-hour autoclave roast, the agave is processed by roller mill. Fermentation occurs in open-air steel tanks using a proprietary yeast, without fibers. The spirit undergoes a double distillation in a stainless steel still with a copper coil. Prior to bottling at 80 proof, this expression is double filtered.
