About this bottle
This additive-free tequila is produced from 100% estate-grown blue Weber agave. It is roasted for 15 hours in an autoclave, milled by roller, fermented without fibers in open-air steel tanks with proprietary yeast, and twice distilled in a stainless steel still with a copper coil. As indicated by its name, this version is bottled at 101 proof, a significantly higher proof than the brand's standard Artesanal Blanco.
