About this bottle
Tamborine Mountain produces its Sugar Cane spirit in one of Australia's smallest pot-still distilleries, located in the Gold Coast Hinterlands. Michael and Alla Ward, with nearly two decades of experience, have developed a wide array of award-winning spirits and liqueurs, recognized in Chicago, London, and Belgium. This Cachaça-style spirit, inspired by the famous Brazilian spirit often enjoyed neat or in cocktails, is crafted using copper pot distillation from locally grown Tambourine Mountain Sugar Cane. This spirit is available in 500ml bottles at the distillery.
