Consumed neat. It's crystal clear and coats the glass nicely. The aroma is primarily cooked agave and citrus, with supporting vegetal/bell pepper and mineral notes. The taste is cooked agave with a significant amount of citrus peel. Other notes add complexity, such as black pepper, a slightly funky vegetal quality, hints of green olives, and floral notes. Give it time; it opens up and offers a lot to explore. The finish builds over several sips and is slightly sweet with black pepper and olive notes. Overall, it is very good and distinctive due to the blend of agave sources, which are discernible. I would buy it again.
