I enjoyed this more than a certain 7 1/2 year old Apple Brandy! Even though it only features one type of apple, the product displays a variety of common apple characteristics. Some smoky, peaty notes that reminded me of scotch. It has a pleasant, thick mouthfeel. Suitable for sipping or mixing.
