About this bottle

This limited edition barreled peach brandy, released in Fall 2016, is distilled in Chicago using fresh peaches and aged in KOVAL's own rye barrels. It commemorates an aunt of KOVAL Distillery's co-founder, who initiated a creative campaign for President of the World in the early 1990s. The bottle's packaging and label design feature laser-cut and embossed gold foil, reflecting Aunt Susan's distinctive style and spirit. It is available in 375ml bottles at 86 proof.

After the fresh peaches are distilled, the juice is aged in Koval's rye barrels. It offers an aromatic beginning with notes of peach, nectarine, raisin, vanilla, white tea, fresh flowers, honey & spicy bergamot; while a bold & spicy mid-palate adds notes of earl grey tea, pepper, tangerine & peach; leading to a long & silky finish with notes of spices & cocoa.
