About this bottle
A & G represents the distilling operations of the St. Julian winery, situated within the Lake Michigan Shore Appellation. A custom-made Carl still, a German manufacturer recognized for quality and designed for craft distillation, is utilized for the distillation process. The spirit is derived from Chardonnay, Vidal Blanc, and Pinot Gris grapes grown in the region and is aged for a notable 10 years in Hungarian and French oak barrels.
