Made from a mix of vinifera and native grape varieties, Finger Lakes Distilling Brandy is a Cognac-style spirit that has been aged. The distillery, located in the Finger Lakes region of New York, operates as a New York State Farm Distillery, sourcing all grapes locally. Following fermentation, the wine is distilled using a 350-gallon copper pot still equipped with a 20-foot rectification column. It then rests in used whiskey barrels for a period of three to four years.
