About this bottle
This gin is crafted according to a recipe dating back to 1783. It is produced at the Langley Distillery in England using a copper pot-still and eleven botanicals, including juniper, coriander, lemon and orange peels, licorice, and cinnamon. A small quantity of sugar is introduced after distillation, resulting in an "Old Tom" style gin. It is sold in repurposed Champagne bottles, sealed with wax, and bottled at 44% ABV.
