Superbird

A complex Agave Spirit from NOM 1607. It presents an aromatic beginning with notes of agave, fruits, nuts, herbs & spices. Its rich & complex character adds flavors of caramel, grapefruit, melon, grass, lemon peel, & pear, culminating in a medium-length herbal finish with hints of oak, pepper, almonds, clove & coriander.

Enjoyable but unremarkable. I'd drink it again, but likely wouldn't purchase it.
