About this bottle

Seattle's Sun Liquor, a participant in the American craft distillery movement since 2011, manufactures several products, such as vodkas, gins, and two types of rum: a silver and this Barrel-Aged variety. Both rums originate from fresh cane juice sourced from the U.S. and the Caribbean. Following a ten-day fermentation period, they undergo double distillation in a small pot-still. The Barrel-Aged rum is then matured for two years in various barrel types, including bourbon and sherry.

Patience Lindsey 3.8

A Seattle interpretation of rum. Its structure is pleasing, surpassing that of an average rum. Not overly sweet; it would perform well in mixed drinks.

Devin Chowdhury 3.5

It's acceptable. Better suited for mixing than for sipping neat.
