126 proof. Pot still. Clear. Lively scents of grassy sugarcane, potent Jamaican funk, salty overripe banana skin, soursop, mango, papaya, diesel, and a hint of animal musk. The mouthfeel is unexpectedly nice and smooth for the proof. It does, however, become a bit drying and the alcohol is noticeable at the end. Initial tastes of sugarcane, starfruit, and gourd transition into a fiery, spicy, jalapeno, and solvent aftertaste. A fantastic deal for a liter. Superb complexity in mixed drinks.
