Aleah Paulsen 5.0

The flavor profile clearly indicates what to expect. It delivers everything! While it's expensive, especially in Australia, the quality justifies the cost. A renowned whisky expert described it as liquid gold, and it lives up to that. Take your time, add a little water, and savor it. You will not be let down.

Sydney Goldberg 4.0

Second attempt: I had this at the distillery, and since the batches of Sullivan's Cove can differ, and my prior notes vanished, I have to elevate this to a 4 for the dram I had – pleasant and well-rounded. What detracts from it is that it's a bit expensive.

Zackary Parsons 3.0

A decent, mellow, easy-drinking dram for leisurely enjoyment. I question its value for the price, though. There are better deals in this price bracket offering more complexity and depth. Consider its sibling—the French Oak expression. It has more depth and character.

Kurt Godinez 5.0

From pour 2/7 of the drammers club. Cask TD0230. Very good with notes of vanilla, caramel, floral, dried fruit, coconut, banana, citrus, sweet malt, pepper, and meaty sulfur.

Brock Delong 4.5

Delicious, harmonious, and a very smooth conclusion. Lacks distinctive notes but is a premium offering for special moments.

Olive Drake 4.0

A lovely whisky. The best of the tasting. Spicy, warming, harmonious, mellow. No dilution was required.
