About this bottle
Citadelle No Mistake Old Tom Gin, introduced in October 2016, is a limited bottling from Maison Ferrand. Caribbean brown sugar is toasted and lightly caramelized, then steeped in alcohol. This infused sugar matures in spirit casks for 3-4 months. Subsequently, it is added to Citadelle Reserve Gin, a barrel-aged version of their standard gin, and spends an additional four months in casks for complete integration. The bottling strength is 46% ABV.

The aroma resembles turpentine, but the taste is far superior. However, the smell is challenging to overcome. It finishes quite sweet.
