Starlight Applejack is crafted from 100% estate-grown apples. The apples are pressed and fermented into cider before being distilled in a copper pot. Produced in small batches, it is aged in new, charred American oak barrels.

A distinct apple cider flavor with undertones of burnt oak. The cider taste is followed by a whisper of cinnamon spice, concluding with sweet apple. Excellent for sipping during the winter.
I can't really detect the apple.
