A potent, Mixed White Rum from the West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados. It's a combination of two distillations: the first undergoes 72-hour fermentation before column distillation, and the second ferments for two weeks before pot distillation, then they are blended before bottling at 43% ABV. It opens aromatically with hints of cane juice, tropical fruits, herbs & spices; its complex life adds notes of guava, mango, melon, green olive; leading to a lengthy & spicy conclusion with notes of dark chocolate, clove, burnt coconut & Nilla wafers.
