About this bottle

Founded by brothers Steve and Dominic Iafrete, Jr. (the lowercase 'i' is intentional), St. Petersburg Distillery was established to honor their connection to Florida. This rum, known as the "Oak" component of the Oak and Palm range, incorporates spices from the Middle East and includes added caramel coloring.

Good. Lots of sweet vanilla for me, but not in an unpleasant way. Would likely be very good in mixed drinks.
