About this bottle

This El Dorado rum was distilled in 2006 using the sole operational wooden Coffey column still, also referred to as the EHP Wooden Still after Edward Henry Porter, the initial proprietor of the Enmore Sugar Plantation. Produced from Guyanese molasses, it originated from the Enmore Sugar Estate's last remaining still. It underwent 12 years of aging in oak before being bottled at 40% ABV.
