About this bottle

St. Lucia Distillers, renowned for its Chairman's Reserve line, has recently introduced a series of premium "1931" releases. The "1931" designation refers to the founding year of a distillery that is now part of St. Lucia Distillers. Remarkably complex rum, though I wish the age was higher considering the price of $130 CAD. It tastes young but is full of fruit flavors and sugars, finishing with a slightly grassy note. This is a very complex rum, definitely worth trying but perhaps not owning.
