Another product that showcases all the skill of St-Laurent. A prototype of the Borea gin dominated by the trio of conifers (spruce, pine, fir). Through the piney structure, much pink pepper is discernible, but also clove, juniper berries and sweet spices. Long peppery finish. Yum.
