About this bottle

This is the 21st installment of the Lot series, which commenced at St. George Distillery in 2000. The expression is crafted from 100% barley, utilizing various roast levels of two-row barley sourced from Wisconsin—including pale malt, crystal malt, chocolate malt, and black patent malt—along with unroasted German Bamberg malt that has been smoked over beech and alder wood. Maturation occurred in a combination of used Kentucky bourbon barrels, used Tennessee whiskey barrels, American and French oak apple brandy casks, Agricole rum casks, and California Sauternes-style casks. A total of 26 distinct casks from the distillery's collection, with individual barrels aged between 4.5 and 10 years, were selected and blended. The whiskey is bottled at 43% ABV, with 700 cases made available in the U.S. starting in mid-November 2021.

Very rich and full of flavor; I believe it's the October release.
