This one will require some time to fully understand. The heat is immediate and substantial. Flavors emerge after a delay, and it's much less nutty than anticipated. There's a savory, somewhat sharp character on the finish, with surprisingly little sweetness. I appreciate it, though I'm a bit puzzled.
