This is extremely sweet, remarkably sugary for 70 proof. I'm unsure of the brandy's quality because of its sweetness... However, a Wisconsin old fashioned could suit someone who seldom drinks cocktails. When mixed 50/50 with lemon-lime soda, it still tastes like candy. You could probably even mix it 4 to 1 with a good unflavored brandy and still detect the berry.
