The aroma is dominated by vanilla and baking spice notes. It's very sweet, with an underlying oak scent. The palate is remarkably smooth, with mineral notes present but overshadowed by the extended aging in oak barrels. Exceptionally easy to drink. It's a very intriguing expression, distinct from other tequilas I've encountered. A truly excellent product.

An outstanding example of a truly rich anejo. The extended aging results in a full-bodied mouthfeel, with notes of cinnamon and honey balanced by vanilla and oak, developing into a finish rich with clove and allspice. A premier sipping tequila best enjoyed over large ice cubes. A small amount of lime can lighten the tequila for those who prefer less intense drinks.
Pleasant at first, but the finish is not great.
