Socorro Tequila Blanco

Nose is pure vanilla and white cake with icing. Wedding cake. The cake flavor is prominent on the palate, but it's actually dominated by black pepper, and that's where a hint of agave comes through. The finish is lingering black pepper. Decadent on the nose, though not as rich on the palate.

Sweet notes of vanilla and caramel.
