About this bottle

The Silver Coyote is an uncommon offering in the white whiskey market, being made from 100% malted barley instead of corn or rye. This spirit is double distilled and does not undergo oak aging, deliberately created with a more subdued profile compared to many corn-based spirits.

Rhea Wilburn 3.0

On the nose, I detect barley, cedar, and lemon. On the palate, I experience orange, lemon, lime, and a fiery finish.

Royce Vazquez 2.8

Nose: Brine, vegetable broth, corn. Taste: Slightly sweet and grainy, with a peppery quality.

Diamond Street 4.0

Quite distinctive. This clear whiskey goes down easy with hardly any heat.

Extremely good. I had this at The Range in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
