Classic American Single Malt: Smells of brown pears, cocoa powder, and damp barley. Very appealing. Dense and full mouthfeel. Tastes of chocolate, pears, apple skins, and caramels from a tin. Balanced. A substantial finish with traces of black pepper. An excellent American Single Malt.

About this bottle
Tenmile Distillery produces Little Rest, an American single malt whisky from upstate New York's Wassaic Valley. The distillery utilizes exclusively barley grown and malted locally. Shane Fraser, the master distiller, brings three decades of experience from Scotch distilleries such as Oban, Glenfarclas, and Wolfburn, applying a Scotch-inspired production method, including the use of Forsyths stills. Little Rest is aged for a minimum of three years and is bottled at 46% ABV.
