Founded in 2010 by brothers Eduardo and Julio Mestre, Mezcal Los Siete Misterios offers this Espadín expression. It is produced in the village of Sola de Vega, Oaxaca, utilizing ancestral methods and clay pot distillation.

An intense Agave Spirit made with Espadin Agave from distillery NOM-O153X. It starts aromatically with notes of toffee, mince pies, and a hint of smoke; its bold character adds notes of dried fruits, sweet spices, demerara sugar, and oak smoke; leading to a warm, medium-length finish with notes of warm wood smoke, sugar syrup, and mixed spices. April 2017.
