Wonderful complexity with notes of cooked agave, caramel, oak, tropical fruit, mint, chocolate, pepper, coffee, and more oak. I prefer Siembra Azul Suro. I believe Siembra made a significant error moving their extra añejos from Azul to Suro, given my preference for Azul Suro and the rave reviews about Azul Elisa, which I haven't tried.
