About this bottle
Lágrimas del Valle Reposado La Sabina (2024 Vintage) is a single-ranch, additive-free tequila made from 100% blue Weber agave cultivated at 1,760 meters on the La Sabina ranch in La Romita, Guanajito. The 2024 harvest was cooked in 8-hour intervals daily for four days. Seventy percent of the agave is roller-milled and fermented in steel, while the remaining 30% is tahona-crushed and fermented in open-air wooden tanks with the fibers. After double distillation, it rests for 3 months in ex-bourbon barrels before bottling at 46% ABV.
