Previously named Kazuki Gin, Beacon Gin is produced by Sheringham Distillery, situated in Shirley, BC, on Southern Vancouver Island. The production incorporates locally sourced botanicals like green tea leaves and flowers from BC's Westholme Tea Farm, as well as cherry blossom petals and yuzu peel originating from Japan.
