About this bottle
Sergeant Classick utilizes a copper pot still acquired from Jean-Louis Stupfler in Bordeaux, France. This still was transported to Mountain View, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area, rather than a closer Cognac distillery. The rum is produced using 100% Hawaiian molasses from Kauai's sole remaining sugar mill. Master distiller Dave Classick Sr., a Vietnam War veteran, is honored by the brand's name.
