This rum blend consists of spirits aged for a minimum of 8 years in American oak casks originating from Kentucky. Francisco Jose Fernandez Perez, widely known as “Don Pancho,” possesses over five decades of experience as a master blender and distiller. He established his distillery in Panama after identifying an ideal combination of sugar quality and aging conditions. The lengthy maturation process is continuously supervised, and the rum is bottled with an age statement reflecting the youngest rum in the blend.
