About this bottle

From Kyoto Distillery, this small-batch gin builds upon their standard Ki No Bi Dry Gin. It was created in partnership with Shinanoya, a major Japanese liquor retailer. Adding coriander and angelica to the original Ki No Bi components, "Sen to Suzu" is intended for consumption in a gin and tonic, as indicated on its label. The artwork for the label was designed by acclaimed shodo artist Tomoko Kawao, and the recipe was formulated with input from three professional Japanese bartenders.
