A rich fruit aperitif by Säntis Distillery in Switzerland built upon their famous Swiss Säntis Malt Whisky aged in beer casks. They add pure cane sugar & infuse natural apricot flavors before bottling at 35% ABV. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of apricot, hints of marzipan, apple & flowers; while a rich middle adds notes of apricot Brandy, almond cookies, vanilla, cinnamon apples & orange zest; culminating in a long & candied finish with a hint of Ricola.
