About this bottle
Rootstock Cider & Spirits, previously known as Apple County Spirits, is a family-operated farm distillery. Their apple brandy, like their applejack, is produced using 100% apples from their own orchard, featuring over 12 varieties. Instead of the used bourbon barrels employed for their applejack, this apple brandy is aged in ex-red wine casks sourced from a Finger Lakes winery.
