About this bottle
Rootstock Cider & Spirits, a family-owned farm distillery previously known as Apple County Spirits, produces its applejack from 100% of the apples grown on the company's own orchards. The spirit is aged for a period of two years in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon before being bottled.
