A mellow, 7-year-old dark rum from Panama, created by the esteemed Cuban Master Distiller, Francisco “Don Pancho” Fernandez. It begins aromatically with hints of melon, papaya, banana, some sugarcane, crème brûlée, raisins & spice. Its sweet, syrupy & woody life develops notes of bourbon vanilla & caramel, along with spice, dried fruits & banana. This leads to a delicate & dry conclusion of moderate length, featuring notes of oak & cigar. October / November 2017 / May 2018

About this bottle
In 2011, Francisco "Don Pancho" Fernandez developed Ron de Jeremy in Panama at the Proveedora Internacional de Licores, S.A. (PILSA) facility. The distillery produces its rums from molasses using an industrial column still, and the spirit is aged in previously used Bourbon barrels. The original Ron de Jeremy has been discontinued and succeeded by a Reserva Rum, which is a blend of rums sourced from multiple nations.
