Don Pancho Origenes 30 Year is a rum blend where each component has aged for at least 30 years in American oak casks originating from Kentucky. Francisco Jose Fernandez Perez, also recognized as “Don Pancho,” brings over five decades of expertise as a master blender and distiller. This rum commemorates his extensive career, which began in Cuba more than 50 years ago. The age designation signifies the minimum maturity of the rums in the final mix. This is an annual release with restricted quantities, and each bottle bears the signature and number of Don Pancho.

Incredibly smooth on the palate with wonderfully delicious notes of warm toffee and toasted vanilla on the taste and finish. The 30-year expression (along with the 8-year and 18-year) are some of my favorite rums. Ever.
