Ron Colon Salvadoreno Coffee Infused Rum

This is Ron Colón Salvadoreño's coffee-infused Rum. It's made with a mix of fine molasses Rums: 70% column-distilled Spanish style rum aged 6 years, unaged Jamaican pot-distilled rum, and a Jamaican pot-distilled rum aged 3 years. It's steeped with El Salvadoran coffee beans for 48 hours before bottling at 40.5% ABV. The initial scent has notes of sugar cane, fruit, herbs, and spices. The mid-palate features espresso and caramelized banana, with hints of cherry, dark chocolate, and vanilla. It concludes with a long, warm finish of orange zest, aged oak, molasses, and smoke.
