Siesta Key Distiller's Reserve Spiced originated as a small-batch rum crafted for the distiller's personal circle. This rum is matured using the solera method, a process where the barrels are never completely emptied. The rum is infused with genuine spices and honey. Currently, it is exclusively available for purchase at the Drum Circle distillery's tasting room, typically from July onwards, while supplies last.
