I was very eager to enjoy this, having sought out bottles from this distillery for some time before finally acquiring one. The nose presents red hots and cinnamon with a subtle hint of honey. It finished strongly with licorice, and overall, it didn't quite meet my expectations.
Excellent for mixing or served on the rocks. Unlike any rum I have encountered.
Herbal, lemon, grass, and citrus notes are present.
