Nose: Abundant caramel and a green aroma, very autumnal. The spices are also prominent. Palate: Extremely rye-forward, intensely so. If you're a rye enthusiast, you will adore this. It has a bit of heat but also many grassy, bitter notes. Finish: Mirrors the palate, with rye extending all the way to the end. The finish is also quite long.
