Rising Sun Distillery in Denver creates certified organic spirits using ingredients from local organic farmers within 300 miles. Their Organic Colorado Chile Liqueur starts with the distillery's Chile Spirit as its base. Organic agave syrup and dried Hatch chiles are incorporated before it is bottled at 60 proof.
