Nose: Sugarcane, earthy, a tiny bit unusual. Palate: Fruity and vanilla notes, a slight bitterness. Finish: Strong alcohol presence that mellows nicely. A few drops of water would improve it by reducing the prominent alcohol flavor.
I don't understand why I enjoy these unaged agricole spirits. Is it the purity? Greenness? Fruitiness? All of the above?
