About this bottle

The Madre Cuishe expression is made from 100% agave karwinskii, grown between 2,500 and 6,000 feet. The agaves are cooked in underground pits, milled with stones, fermented with natural yeasts in wooden vats, and then double-distilled in copper alembics. Rómulo Sánchez Parada, a master mezcalero in Candelaria Yegolé, Oaxaca, produces the Rey Campero line, primarily using wild agaves.

Elisha Sommers 4.3

Exhibits some salty, buttery, almost popcorn-like characteristics. Very soft, with floral and citrus touches, alongside hints of paint thinner and butter. Minimal smoke or heat detected. Delicate and delightful.

Will Snider 3.8

Strong aroma and finish. Smoky, but not as refined as their other products.
